1.42m changes more than it should???

Johannes-P. Koch
Dear all,

maybe my PC is just crap, but upon updating ImageJ to 1.42m some strange
things happen. Reading from .lsm files (HandeExtraFileTypes) still works,
but the red is now rather magenta. Splitting colors results in additional
loss of the image scaling and remerging them results in an error stating
that hyperstacks are no suitable input for this command (obviously I did use
normal images, exactly those, that the program has just created by the split
command). This happens on WinXP and on Vista...
Changing back to 1.41 everything is normal, and I know that with 1.42l
everything was fine too, so what has happened?

Best
Johannes

These bugs should be fixed in v1.42n, which is now available via the
Help>Update ImageJ command.

Thanks Wayne for the fast elimination of the problem(s): However, still,
upon splitting images I lose the scaling (px width, height, unit...). This
happens not only with my .lsm files, also when opening the sample image
(HeLa cells) and adding arbitrary values for px width, height and unit.
Not, that this cannot be corrected with a little macro...but I guess, this
is not the intention.

Best

This bug is fixed in the 1.42o daily build.
