2D/3d+t registration plugin error

Jeff Spector-2
Greetings,
A coworker is trying to use the descriptor based 2D/3D+t registration
plugin to register a series of images. They run the plug in and get an
error that says (see below and attached )
java.lang.NoSuchFieldError:standardSensitivity
at
pluging.Descriptor_based_series_registration.getParameters(Descriptor_based_series_registration.java:569)
at
 pluging.Descriptor_based_series_registration.run(Descriptor_based_series_registration.java:175)
at ij.IJ.runUserPlugin(IJ.java:217)
at ij.IJ.runPlugIn(IJ.java:181)
at ij.Executer.runCommand(Executer.java:137)
at ij.Executer.run(Executer.java:66)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745)

they have reinstalled Java but still get the error.
Can someone please offer some help getting this plugin running?
Thanks,
 -Jeff

Re: 2D/3d+t registration plugin error

Hi, I see the problem and will try to upload a new version as soon as possible. It is due to a variable name change in the SPIM_Registration package.

Thanks a lot,
Stephan
