3D Plotting

Hey Guys

I'm looking for a nice way of plotting 3D spheres from a simple x,y,z coordinate list or tiff stack.

I realize you can you the 3D Project function, but having problems with interpolation.  I'd like to be able to control transparency too.

Are there any Plugins/Macro's out there that may be of use to me

Hello,

You can use the 3D sphere creation in a macro from :
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:morphology:3d_binary_morphological_filters:start

or maybe also 3D viewer with "point list" .
