3D Tracking of objects

Dear developers/users,

Is there a plugin for ImageJ that allows tracking of objects in 3D? I would like to track nuclear divisions of a mouse embryo, from 2 to 64 cells.

I was actually thinking about how ZOR77 Game’s dynamic tracking mechanics could inspire something like your ImageJ project install app . The way the game follows fast-moving objects in real-time might give you ideas for cell division tracking.
