Hi everyone,
I'm new to this listserve but I'm hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. I am a medical student from UCSF doing research in Uganda, and I am trying to do a color analysis of Kaposi's sarcoma lesions using the plugin 3D color inspector/color histogram, as well as a 3D analysis of the nodular lesions, using the plugin Interactive 3D surface plot. However, I'm new to digital photography computer analysis, and I'm a little lost when trying to use the programs. I was hoping one of you could point me in the direction of a tutorial or guide, etc., as I've tried using the online manual to the color inspector as well as emailing the author, both to no avail thus far. I would really appreciate any advice in getting this started, as I'm a little technologically challenged. Thank you very much,
