3D export?

Mitzner, Wayne
I'm wondering if there's a good recommendation for exporting a stack of
images in ImageJ that can be rendered in 3D.  We have a new Makerbot
printer, and would like to try to use it to make 3D prints of biological
cells and tissues, for which we have serial sections.

Re: 3D export?

Stephan Preibisch
Hi,

I heard exporting surfaces using the 3d viewer works fine for 3d printing.

Nice greetings,
Stephan
