Hi
I have some 3D Image stacks which I want to Register them. each stack has different number of slices and they are taken in different time from same area of the brain. so they have drift and rotation. Between all methods TurboReg shows logical result but not enough for my application.
My idea was using TurboReg in another fashion. in a way that first i iteratively compare two stack slice-wise and then apply TurboReg for two most relevant slice. but due to stack are not registered it's not easy to compare two slice.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue.
