Dear Image J specialists,
Could anyone suggest me where can I find a plugin able to do 3D
multiple-thresholding? I'm working with image stacks and need to divide
pixels in my images into a few logical groups according to their intensity.
Plugin "Otsu Multi-thresholding" unfortunatelly doesn't work with stacks and
I don't have a knowledge to re-write it so that it could work with image
sequence.
I will be grateful for any suggestions,
