I am looking at cat scanned images of fossils and concretions in ImageJ, and I've been trying to figure out how I can make a 3D model that I can crop at different angles to see the density differences inside. So far, I've played around with 3D viewer and 3D project, but neither of these seem to allow me to slice the models and look inside. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you in advance for your help.
