3D surface Plot from Excel data using Image J

Raman Deep Singh
Dear Image J List members,

I have some data in excel sheet for the Calcium transients within cells. I was wondering if there a way to create 3D surface Plot from Excel data using Image J software?

Thanks.

Raman

Dear Raman,

you can export your Excel data as text file (MS-DOS *.txt) and import it
in ImageJ as Text Image (File /  Import / Text Image ...).
Then use Analyse / Surface Plot ... in ImageJ.
