3D viewer -> plan interactive & Measure

Hi,
Is an imagej/fiji plugin to show 3D image as a plan we have chosen ?

I would like to look at my 3D image with the plan I prefer ... and it's not always .. XY, XZ, YZ ...

My second requierement is to mesure segment on this new plan ?
Any ideas ?

On measurements: what kind? Distances in 3D? Count objects? Both can be
done with a regular image stack.

You might also want to have a look at the BigDataViewer plugin [1] that
allows to view single image planes of 3D volumes in any orientation.

Hi everyone,

A newly available plugin in the "3D volume renderers" collection is called
ClearVolume:

    http://imagej.net/ClearVolume

I have only played with it a little, but find it pretty impressive so far.
It is new though, and may not work with all system configurations.

You can install it by enabling its update site. But note that it requires
Java 7 or later (Fiji currently ships with Java 6).
