Dear ImageJ forum
I'm a complete newbie with regards to this software and after a little bit of fiddling I still can't do the following:
1. Import dicom CT images (complete series) and (if needed) create a 3d MIP type image
2. Freehand markout the kidney and measure the hounsfield total "density"
If I could, I would try mark out with freehand ROI a 3d kidney and in this area measure the Hounsfield unit total density in the uncontrasted, arterial and portovenous phases to compare.
Can anyone help? 3d plugin? Better software to do this?
