4 channels split view

laurent barbe
Hi all,

I'm trying to display a .lsm Zeiss image with 4 channels (or even 5!) as a
split view montage, in the same way as Zeiss software LSM image browser.
Anyone experienced that before?

Thank you,

/Laurent

Hi Laurent,
Lsm files are opened as series of 8bit or 16bit images with a LUT.
What you have to do is convert all images to RGB and then run the
Image/Stacks/Make Montage... command.
