4D cell migration analysis

Hey,

This is Cathy. I am using four-dimensional (4D) confocal (consisting of 3D image sequences over time) to analysis cell migration. I want to have this type (see Picture) of 3D representation of the result of the migration analysis for a 4D (XY Z-stacks with Time) sample. But I don't know how to do.

I have used multitrack plugin. I could track multiple cells in XY with T now, but I can not add z information and generate a analysis result as the picture I posted. Could you help me with this? Or Do you have other plugins to analysis a 4D image?
