96 well plate reader plugin

curtis

Can anyone suggest a source of an Imagej macro which would automatically read OD (OD*255)  in each of 96 wells of a standard microtiter plate? The one that I am using takes 6 measurements per well in an ellipse within each well. The problem appears to be in the preset geometric description of the plate. Depending on how the image is cropped I get differing results. This occurs regardless of the coordinates of the first and last well which I input prior to running the macro,
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Curtis,
You could try analysing your 96 wells paste images using Gilles
Carpentier's dot plot analyser.
See:

Sincerely,
Jerome.
