Hello,
I was unable to find an existing post about this, but perhaps that is because there aren't many beginners like me posting around here? Anyway, I'd like to do the following:
Have ImageJ open a set of images, run the same Macro (which takes a determined set of measurements) on each one, and append the resulting measurements from each image into a single spreadsheet or text file (from which I could then extract various useful bits of information). Ideally, the measurements from each image would be stored in a way that allows me to distinguish them (perhaps by the name of filename that the measurements are from).
I don't really know how I would go about this. Would I need a specialized plug-in to add needed functionality? If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be very much appreciated.
