AW: Volume rconstruction[Scanned]

Hello Jarek,

the reconstruction of seeds is a non-trivial task. It exist several approaches and many publications about this topic. Most of them use not tomography techniques, because you have only a few X-ray images.

You will find newer algorithms for example from Todor et al. (Phys Med Biol 47 (2002) 2031-48) and Tutar et al. (Med Phys 30 (2003) 3135-42.

Regards,

Frank-André

Hello again,

I'm working with X-ray transmission images of seeds. I was wondering if
there is any solution for reconstruction of internal structer based on
stack made from projection images captured at differnt angles? Am I
going in right way if I say that it could work like in tomography technique?

Thanks in advance.
