Actin filament

Dear All,

we are looking for a plugin to measure actin filaments (length, thickness,
etc) in fluorescent images (IFAs).
We tried NeuriteTracer, AnalizeSkeleton and Skeletonize, but none worked
nicely.
In literature there are some nice programs, but to MAtLab.
