Action Bar ==> Possible to make several buttons grey/unclickable or hide them?

Hello.

I am writing a litte program and use the Action Bar Plugin for this.
The buttons below need to be pressed in the right order to ensure, that everything works fine.



My Question:
Is it possible with Action Bar (or some other plugin), that for example button 3 can be used only, if the previous button nr.2 was pressed?
So that, as long as button 2 hasn't been pressed, button 3 is grey or hidden?
