Add a plugin to the plugin list

Hi forum (first time I post something)

Could someone tell me how to add a plugin to the plugin list in the imageJ/plugins webpage or in the imageJ wiki plugins?
I swear I'm a good guy and I've tried to find the way and to find an answer in the webpage, the wiki and this forum so please forgive my missaddress if the topic is solved somewhere.

ImageJ Wiki: register and add it yourself.

ImageJ website: you convince Wayne that what you made is brilliant, and he
adds it.  You might even prepare the .html page already.

It's posted anywhere?. May be put a How to in the FAQs or even in the plugins section will be a good idea (I think)

Hello,

to add a plugin to the imagejdocu wiki. Press on the "Create New Content"
and fill the form. Afterwards you will get a template side that you can
edit.
If your plugin-page is ready to share to the community, you have to edit
the http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:start.

All this can only be done by registered users.
