Add cube ROI to MRI head images

Hi everybody,

I have a stack of MRI head images (166 x 176x 256 mm). I am trying to add a cube ROI (20 x 30 x 40 mm) into the images, then get the snapshots of each corner of the ROI with head tissue as background. In order to place cube ROI at specific location, I need to rotate the cube in 3D (ie, pitch, yaw or roll), then attach it to head images.

I was trying to use 3d Viewers to get the 3d of the head images, then using 'add box' to add cube ROI. However, the 'add box' function seems not working.

Is there other way to add a cube into a stack of images? Could anyone give any suggestions on what function or plugin I can use?
