All-Image ROIs

Jacob Keller
Dear List,

does anyone know how to automatically chop a stack into a grid of
boxes of specified size, say 4x4 pixels or something, and then
follow/measure/report intensities in all boxes as a function of
slice#?

Thanks,

Jacob Keller

Use the Image>Transform>Bin command to use averaging to convert 4x4 pixel groups to single pixels, then use Image>Transform>Image to Results to display the values. These commands are available in ImageJ 1.46i or later.
