Analysing Microparticle Distribution in T-Junction

Hi, I am running Microparticles through a microfluidic T-Junction. I need to figure out how the particles are distributed from the inlet to the two outlet branches. I have a stack of images and was thinking to use light intensity to figure this out but do not know where to start. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
