Dear all,
I am analysing RBG images obtained by 3 fluorescent dyes. The red channel marks mitochondria and the green marks a mitochondrial subunit. I have used analyse particles on the red channel alone to number different mitochondrial units but I would love to be able to find the percentage area of the green channel inside these units (represented by the colour yellow) so I can calculate percentage deficiencies of the subunit.
I have searched for methods and plugins but I’m not great with computers and so far have had no luck! I was wondering if anyone had a solution?
