Analysing particle features and behaviour

Hi All

I am very new to ImageJ and image processing. I have a project where I have to analyse droplet movement and features in a microfluidic system.

My objectives are to:

1. Analyse images of microfluidic systems to determine particle size and volume.
2. Analyse recorded video of microfluidic systems to determine particle frequency and speed.
3. Analyse recorded video of microfluidic systems to tag and track particles as they move through the channels.

I would really appreciate any help, advice or suggestions
