Hi,
I have with me the scans for my gene arrays for different exposure
times. I would like to analyze the same to quatify the up and down
regulation of various genes of interest. I am not sure if I would be
able to do the same using Image J. The scans have multiple (8) gene
arrays membranes on them for different genotype studies. How can I go
about analysing the same on Image J?
I would really appreciate all the help I can get for the same.
