Analysis of geometric shapes

Scott F. Sweeney
I would like to use ImageJ to sort particles in a TEM image by shape. For
example, I would like to be able to easily distinguish between circles,
squares, triangles, hexagons, etc. I don't think this can be done with
anything built into the software, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a
plugin that can do this..

Thanks,
Scott

The shape descriptor plugin (http://www.gcsca.net/IJ/Shapes.html) can
be used to consider particles having certain shapes.
