Analyze Particles constructor incomplete?

nielda
Dear ImageJ Community,

I would be very happy if you could help me with a question concerning ImageJ's Analyze Particles:

What I try to do:
In my PlugIn for ImageJ I would like to call the Constructor

ParticleAnalyzer(int options, int measurements, ResultsTable rt, double minSize, double maxSize)

I want to call this constructor instead of the setup and run methods to be able to read in the parameters of Analyze Particles in the dialog box of my PlugIn and to have better control of the results I want to put out.

The problem:
In the constructor ParticleAnalyzer(...) I can set all the parameters I need, except the minCircularity and maxCircularity. These variables can also not be accessed directly because they are declared as privat in the class ParticleAnalyzer.

The question:
Have I not understood something fully? Can the minCircularity and maxCircularity be set by a PlugIn? Or are these two entries indeed missing in the constructor ParticleAnalyzer(...)

My background:
I hope my question is not too stupid as I am new to ImageJ and Java.
I am a student at the Institute of Microsystems Technologies (IZFM) at the University of Stuttgart, Germany and I am doing a student research-project at the moment.

Thank you very much for any answers!
Best Regards,
Daniel Wibbing
