Analyze Particles

Klughammer GmbH
Hi all,

I have two different versions of ImageJ. One is ImageJ 1.35s and the
other one is 1.36b.

1. operation
I do "Analyze Particles" with 1.35s and I can select "Size Distribution"
and "Flood Fill". However I cannot select that with 1.36b. How can I get
the size distribution here?

2. operation
With 1.35s I calculate two images (1. image = color, 2. image is a
binarized image). I use "and" . The result looks like an overlay. That
is what I want.
When using 1.36b the binarized image is inverted automatically in the
result image. So I have to invert it before calculating it. Then it
looks ok. But I'd like to avoid that.

Run the particle analyzer, then run Analyze>Distribution and select
"Area" from the drop down menu. In ImageJ 1.36b the "Flood Fill" option
was replaced by "Include Holes", where flood filling is done if
"Include Holes" is not checked.

This should be fixed in ImageJ 1.37g.
