Dear Ignacio, dear all,
I noticed that the AnalyzeSkeleton plugin seems to count
objects/skeletons starting with the leftmost object (i.e. the one with
lowest x value).
The "Analyze Particles..." command however numbers objects/ROIs by
ascending y values (i.e. the uppermost object first)
Is there a chance to change the count order in the plugin such that the
results of the two methods are comparable object by object?
(e.g. it would be nice to compare the Feret diameter with the skeleton
length)
(I guess there could still be cases where two objects are counted in a
different order, because the particles borders can have different
distances to their respective skeleton, though... any solution for that?)
