Analyze -> Tools -> Save XY Coordinates... exports NaN background pixels

Neil Fazel
I'm using Analyze -> Tools -> Save XY Coordinates... to export a text image in XYZ format. You can specify the background pixel and ImageJ then excludes pixels having that value from the file it creates. However, it seems the background value exclusion is skipped when the background pixel is NaN.

The upper left corner pixel of my image is NaN, so NaN is considered a background pixel by default. I tried first using the default behavior when saving XY coordinates, but NaN pixels were included in the output file. Then I explicitly specified NaN as background pixel and saved XY coordinates. NaN pixels were again included in the file.

Thanks,
Neil

This bug is fixed in the latest ImageJ daily build (1.49g4).
