Dear ImageJ users,
I would like to analyze the mean intensity and area in the thresholded part of an image. I duplicate the image, set the threshold in one of the copies. Then, under set measurements I select "limit to threshold". If I leave "None" under "redirect to", the calculation is carried out correctly, i.e. only in the thresholded part of the image. But if I redirect the calculation to the non-thresholded image in which the calculation is to be carried out, the analysis will be done in the whole image (judged by the reported area).
Is this a bug or the intended way of how the program should work.
