Hi,
I had similar problem and I worked around it like this :
1. I ran the particle analyzer with the show masks option turned on
2. I watershed the mask image and
Next you have several options - you can either use the watersheded
mask image as mask for the analysis (with the Set
Measurements=>Redirect to option, or you can add the watersheded
Regions of interest to the RoImanager using the particle analyzer.
After this you still need to examine the RoIs and see if there are any
remaining overlapping rois and delete them.
Of course this is not a perfect solution but it would work in most cases.
