Hi,
I am trying to find/code a spatial distribution analysis tool that can help me to quantify where particles of a certain size are found within a manually drawn ROI.
Leading up to this step I generate a parametric map from an image series, and threshold the image according to a parameter scale range. I use analyze particles to then determine the count, size, area, and % area of the thresholded map. What I need now is a measure of the spatial distribution of the analyzed particles. This can be in relation to the ROI edge, some type of grid, concentric circles, etc, a distance from ROI center, etc.
If anyone has some input, it is much appreciated.
Regards,
AL
