I was just wondering if it were possible to have a macro to analyze a series of images rather than one at a time. I made up a macro to calculate the area of the object but I need to analyze around 1600 images and I was hoping there was some way to write a macro to analyze all the images in a given folder instead of dragging them individually into ImageJ and running the macro.
I'm not sure if this has been addressed before on the forum I had a look through and didn't see anything related but if so please direct me.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
