Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to ImageJ and trying to use it for this project I am
currently working on.
For the project I have about 300 slides of tissues that are stained
different colors. I want to analyze each color (for things like area, number
of pixels, etc) and want to know if there is a way to do the entire set at
once rather than doing each one by hand. I can do each slide by hand but it
requires changing the color threshold for red, green and blue each time.
I have tried using RGBMeasurePlus which lets you set the color thresholds of
interest for all 3 colors (red, green and blue) but it doesn't have the
measures I want (doesn't have total area, number of pixels). I know there
are Batch RGB Measure macros to measure large sets but I can't set the color
thresholds for those.
Any ideas of how to get this to work or how to change either macro?
