Hi,
I'm a very new ImageJ user and I'm trying to analyze percent area covered by thresholded pixels within a user-defined selection. However, when I run 'analyze particles', summary data is calculated for the whole image, not just the selection.
Is there a way to restrict analysis to a specified selection without cropping the image ( the polygons I'm interested are irregular)? Is there something very basic I'm missing here?
