How can I do it?

Thanking you in advance.

Hi Shivang,

if you want to do it manually on a few cells you could just choose the line
measurement tool. As soon as you placed the line in your image and use
►Analyze ►Measure... in the resulting table you will find a heading "Angle"
which gives you the angle of the line in respect to the 0-degree
orientation which is from the center of the image towards the right
(basically 3 o'clock).
If you need to automate it a segmentation of the image might help. To give
any further hints on the latter, people here would need to see an example
image to be able to judge if a segmentation can be done in a realistic way.

Regards,
Jan
