Antibody Array Analysis/ multispot analysis

Elbai Samira Mohamed
Dear User List,

I am new to ImageJ and I have a question hopefully someone can help me with:
I am analysing an antibody array with multiple spots and I want to use the same mask size/area for each spot is there a way of saving a template mask and moving it across the array to analyse each individual spot with the same mask?

Many thanks for your feedback, Samira

Dear Samira,

Maybe the dot blot analyser (http://image.bio.methods.free.fr/dotblot.html) can do the job?

Joel Sheffield
I would be interested in this routine as well.  I wonder, does anyone know
if this plugin implements a local background subtraction algorithm?
