Applying one channel alignment to another (using BIJ XY offset output?)

darrenT
Hello,

I collect multipoint, multichannel data, where I regularly get XY offset due to stage movement etc.
My DIC channel aligns wonderfully with the BIJplugin (Register ROI), which also outputs the XY offset for each frame in a plot. My fluorescence channels don't align at all.
So I'd like to somehow apply the XY offset data from the DIC channel to the other channels to align all channels to the DIC.
I've already tried interleaving the 3 channels and using the first DIC frame as the reference, but it doesn't work.

Can anyone kindly help me out with this? I'm a beginner at making macros.
Thank you very much, to an excellent community!

There are alternative registration/alignment plugins, which allow to save
and re-apply transformation data: MultiStackReg and Image Stabilizer
