Hi everyone,
I am trying to identify a particular cell type in a paraffin embebed tissue sample via immunohistochemistry, but I found that a large number of cells show autofluorescence. I suppose I could capture the autofluorescence in an unspecific wavelength and do a subtraction, but I don't think this is really correct.
Is there an "imagej way" to solve the autofluorescence problem or I should just try a chemical pretreatment of the sample?
Thank you.
