Automate image analysis using ImageJ

Thearith Ung
Hi everyone,

I routinely do particle sizing over at least 1000 particles using ImageJ per sample, and it is very time consuming and tedious. Is there a way to automate the processing of images? Does the software allow me to generate a macro to perform the analysis?

Best regards,
Thearith
