Hi,
I'm working with some B/W pictures of cells and need to measure their
perimeter and their area. So far the only way to do this has been to trace
out each cell or to set points around it and use convex hull; then use
measure. The edges of the cell are distinct and I was wondering if there was
a way to use this to automatically select the border and measure each cell
instead of drawing the shape around it.
If anyone knows any way please let me know.
