Automatic classification in ImageJ

Sidnei Paciornik
Dear Colleagues,

Are there automatic classification tools in ImageJ?

Things like supervised classification, clustering, PCA, LDA, etc?

I would like to use particle measurements to train supervised classifiers
or create unsupervised classifiers.

I am aware some of the trainable segmentation methods are based on the same
principles, but I need to classify based on measurements not on pixel
intensities.

Thank you.

There is no LDA as far as I remember, but there is a PCA plugin and a k-means
clustering. You will find these in the usual place:
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/
if you search for PCA or clustering in that page.

Cheers
