Automatically creating regions around objects

Guillermo Palchik
Hi there,
For those familiar with Metamorph, there is a command called "Create regions around objects," that automatically creates ROIs at a thresholded or binary image, and gives you the measurements, intensity and number of ROIs. My question is: is there a way to do that in ImageJ?
Best,
Gil

Hi Gil
Yup:
After you threshold an image (No need to apply it) use:
Edit -> Selection -> Create Selection
