I just updated to ImageJ v. 1.47a and lost a function that was really
helpful to me which I had before (v1.44):
When I import an image sequence (Dicom files from a directory), Image J
used to automatically open the associated ROIs which were saved as a .zip
file and stored in the same directory as the .dcm files. Since the update,
the ROI manager with the associated ROIs does not open automatically anymore
and I have to delete the old ROIs and open the new .zip file which is stored
in the same directory as the .dcm files manually. This is a bit time
consuming for the many image sequences I have to analyze.
Does anyone of you know why this function was lost for me? Is there an
option I can click in the preferences?
