Dear all
I am a new user of image J and Micro-Manager and I have been using
Micro-Manager version 1.3 on windows XP with burst mode until recently. At
one point I could not open burst mode window any longer. To overcome this, I
installed a new version of Micro-Manager 1.4 and tried to use multi D
acquisition mode. It is working but it is possible to use it only for very
small pictures (frame smaller than 100X100 pixels), while first burst mode I
used could save images of size of 300X300 pixels.
Other problem with multi D acquisition is that picture has different
appearance when cropped to small size. Then it looks like the light
intensity is too bright, picture is then almost all white.
Is it possible that other installed versions of micromanager somehow disturb
burs mode acquisition? I share computer for image acquisition with other
colleagues which use different configuration and versions of Micro-Manager.
May this be caused with previous uninstalation or reinstalation of
MicroManager?
