Batching a plugin with a dialog

Hi All,

I'd like to write a macro with SE MTF Nyquist plugin in fiji for a stack or many images in a directory, so I want to automate the same command.  But I have to set some parameter for every image in the plugin setting window.
I want to use the same parameters for every picture (set it once). I tried it, the parameters don't show up in the recorder.
