Today LOCI has released a new version of Bio-Formats addressing issues with
Leica LIF, Zeiss ZVI and Zeiss LSM. To use it with ImageJ, download a new
version of bio-formats.jar and loci_plugins.jar, and install them according
to the instructions on the web site at:
http://www.loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats.htmlLeica LIF: Bio-Formats now supports multiple distinct image series within a
single file for some formats, particularly Leica LIF. When you open a LIF
file containing multiple series, the importer plugin prompts you to mark
which series you would like to read. (Support for multiple series with Leica
LEI is not implemented yet, but is coming soon.)
Zeiss ZVI: Michel Boudinot has contributed fixes and improvements to the
Zeiss ZVI support.
Zeiss LSM: Bugs have been fixed preventing the import of certain LSM files.
TIFF: Fixed a bug preventing import of TIFFs created with Bio-Rad software.
