Dear ImageJ users,
I released a new version of the OpenSource software Bio7 (
http://bio7.org).
The application Bio7 is an integrated development environment for ecological modeling, scientific image analysis with ImageJ and statistical analysis with R.
The new release is available for Windows (64-bit) and Linux (64-bit).The MacOSX version will be released soon, too.
This release comes with a plethora of new functions for ImageJ, R, etc.
Some highlights of this release:
* Improved the ImageJ menu structure and ImageJ plugins compatibility and Eclipse plugin integration in general.
* Added JavaScript editor support (default opened in text editor but if Eclipse JavaScript editor is installed it can be opened and executed in the advanced editor, see video below).
